Repair in 3 Easy Steps

1. Visit our store! Our repair team will assess your jewelry and advise on potential work needed.

2. You will be given a repair ticket that is needed at pickup. If this is lost we will request an ID. Most repairs take one week.

3. Pick up your jewelry. We’ll contact you when your jewelry is ready for pick up. We guarantee 6 months on all repairs. If any of our work does not meet your expectations, we’ll repair it for free.
